About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection data
  • Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
