We are a large ambulatory dental clinic on the University of Virginia grounds with a diverse mission. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, including those with special healthcare needs and medically compromised patients.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented dental faculty member to join our team. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with special needs and medically compromised patients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the education and training of our residents and students.

Responsibilities

As a member of our faculty, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical care to patients, including those with special needs and medically compromised patients
  • Contributing to the education and training of our residents and students
  • Participating in research and scholarly activities
  • Collaborating with other faculty members to develop and implement educational programs and research projects
Requirements

Applicants must have a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school and a full Virginia dental license. Experience in a hospital-based dental practice, including care for individuals with special healthcare needs, is preferred but not required. Teaching experience is also a plus.
