About the Opportunity

Mills Auto Group is expanding its sales department and seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team to success.

We are a family-owned and operated auto group with a strong commitment to employee growth and development. Our team members have been with us since the beginning, and we promote from within often.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with upper management and sales associates to drive business results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance the sales process
  • Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, gross logs, and RDR cars
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control and strong computer skills
  • Professional and strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
