About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed budgeted financial performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
