Job Summary

The Premier Communities Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in assigned areas through strategic sales, retention, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the residential bulk market and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly Residential Bulk Revenue and margin goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
