The Residential Communities Account Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing Bulk Revenue and Account Margins for Residential Communities within the designated area through New Sales, Retention, Renewals, and Upgrades.
This role also involves securing access for Mediacom to deliver residential services in new developments through Rights of Entry or Grants of Easement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with developers, builders, and residential communities in the assigned territory.
- Ensuring that acquired accounts receive exceptional customer service post-sale.
- Addressing any customer issues that arise during the service agreement period.
- Reviewing and analyzing all Residential Bulk account records to ensure timely renegotiation of subscription rates.
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for documenting and managing leads throughout the account deployment process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
