Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Wireless Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing and features
  • Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Upsell and cross-sell DISH products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
