Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the voice of the company to our customers, focusing on resolving customer issues, preventing future problems, and promoting our services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers through voice and chat interactions, and providing solutions to customers from simple concerns to escalated and complex situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through phone and chat interactions
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote our services and products to customers to ensure they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite applications
