Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our wireless services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans
  • Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers
  • Accurately respond to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation
  • Identify opportunities and provide feedback to improve customer service, performance, and efficiency
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • A customer-first mindset and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus
  • Experience in the wireless industry is a plus
