Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at HomeTeam Pest Defense, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that enhances customer retention and encourages additional service purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
  • Assist potential customers by providing information and initiating new service requests.
  • Address inquiries, investigate issues, resolve concerns, provide pricing information, schedule services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing matters.
  • Engage in professional telephone conversations with customers regarding their service-related issues.
  • Offer general marketing information to prospects and clients as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers for re-treatments, initial services, and ongoing customer support.
  • Document service-related notes in the system, including technician and customer information.
  • Escalate relevant inquiries or issues to management as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
  • Basic customer service skills and techniques.
  • Fundamental understanding of computer systems.
  • Entry-level proficiency in using company telephone systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening is required.
