Role Responsibilities:

The Client Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for agents during a significant implementation phase. This initiative is designed to streamline service-related inquiries, allowing agents to concentrate on business development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and distributing data from agents
  • Ensuring the accuracy of submitted information
  • Conducting follow-up communications regarding missing documentation
  • Analyzing pre-assessment questionnaires and evaluating agents' existing systems
  • Performing both pre- and post-implementation calls to ensure readiness and functionality
  • Providing training on new communication systems and acting as a support escalation point
  • Coordinating with agencies during critical transition periods
  • Regularly updating internal teams on agent progress

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
  • Technical support experience
