The mission of Autobell Car Wash is to illuminate the world by assisting others in their journey. The Client Support Specialist will achieve this by managing customer inquiries and providing administrative assistance in our central office, which includes making outbound calls and addressing email communications with our clientele. This role serves as a vital information source for our customers and offers opportunities to enhance professional skills in a dynamic environment within a rapidly growing organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the initial point of contact for the Customer Care Team.
- Respond to incoming phone calls.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Generate reports to direct relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Conduct outbound calls related to customer matters.
- Oversee multiple email accounts managed by the Customer Care Team as needed.
- Provide comprehensive troubleshooting guidance for the Autobell App.
- Embody the service vision, objectives, and principles of the organization.
- Deliver precise and courteous responses to both internal and external customers while demonstrating empathy for any issues or concerns.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for callers; well-versed in all services provided by Autobell.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Execute various administrative tasks in support of the Customer Care Team and the central office with meticulous attention to detail.
- Identify and prioritize urgent issues.
- Organize multiple responsibilities for optimal efficiency.
- Learn to navigate different systems and be adaptable in addressing customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on all changes in company policies and new initiatives.
- Participate in departmental and company meetings as required.
- Provide flexibility for extended hours or overtime as necessary.
- Engage in professional development opportunities.
- Offer coverage for the central office receptionist when needed.
- Perform additional duties that support the mission and values of the Company, as required or requested.

- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive individual and organizational information without exception.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Education, & Experience
Required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in customer service within a retail or service context.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communication, business, or a related field.
- One year of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Customer service experience in a call center environment (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Autobell Car Wash (not mandatory).
- Strong typing and keyboarding abilities.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to utilize departmental tools effectively to assist customers.
