Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
Unload customers' groceries from carts to belts, ensuring efficient and accurate service
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front end area and shopping carts
Assist customers with their orders, including scanning items and handling payments
Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and customer service standards
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
