Job Title: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology- Seattle S

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our Oncology team, you will be responsible for driving demand for our medicines within the Oncology portfolio for appropriate patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Engage with and continuously maintain/grow a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
  • Prepare and deliver in-office presentations, discuss product-related scientific information with HCPs, and ensure medical accuracy.
  • Organize external speaker programs, select speakers from approved lists, and facilitate scheduling and logistics.
  • Collaborate with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
  • Proactively use available tools to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans, providing feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse roles.
  • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network.
  • Experience in Oncology required.
  • Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
