Job DescriptionSenior Business Development Executive - Warehouse & Logistics

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to preserving our customers' invaluable assets while extracting more value from their inventory. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence within the contract logistics sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and developing tailored supply chain solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
  3. Solution Design & Implementation: Work closely with the Solutions Design team to develop innovative, client-centric supply chain solutions, and orchestrate the engagement process through tender/RFP between client and functional stakeholders.
  4. Market Intelligence & Industry Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in contract logistics, analyzing market data and customer feedback to anticipate changes in demand and develop proactive strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of business development experience in contract logistics or related sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize activities, and drive results in an individual contributor role.
