**Job Summary**

As an RN Fellow, you'll experience a guided transition into your new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. **Responsibilities**

* Deliver world-class health with human connection, applying specialized training to make a difference in patients' lives
* Collaborate with experienced preceptors and participate in hands-on learning to develop your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
* 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty) within 6 months (180 days) of hire

**Preferred Qualifications**

* National Certification in area of specialty

**Salary Range**

The estimated salary for this role is $123,000 - $138,000 per year, based on location and experience. This range is subject to change and may not include additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
