The selected candidate will:
- Manage and expand a route servicing existing fire safety clients, including fire extinguisher, kitchen hood, and emergency lighting customers.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations of multiple suppression product lines, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and pre-engineered systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide recommendations based on manufacturer specifications and local/state regulations.
- Promote additional products and services to current clients to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Acquire new accounts along the route based on compliance requirements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Demonstrate mechanical skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Be capable of transporting equipment and tools weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Possess knowledge of NFPA standards and hazardous materials, which is advantageous.
