We are currently seeking a dedicated Fire Protection Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in fire protection sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the fire protection sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, including property owners, contractors, and facility managers.
- Provide accurate estimates for fire suppression systems, taking into account installation, materials, design time, labor, and service.
- Prepare detailed and competitive proposals tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Engage with clients to assess their fire safety requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to gather necessary information for precise estimations.
- Stay informed about fire protection systems, industry standards, and regulations.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions, updating the CRM system regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-up after sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of fire protection systems.
- Proven sales track record with strong prospecting abilities and successful contract negotiations.
- In-depth knowledge of the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, particularly fire sprinkler systems, including both wet and dry systems. Familiarity with fire alarm systems is a plus.
- Understanding of relevant state and local codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
