At SWEP, a leading supplier of efficient heat transfer technology, we're committed to making a difference in the world. As a Business Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and supporting our customers in advanced technical and commercial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to translate their needs into functional actions.
  • Maintain accurate data and information in our CRM system, logging activities and updating records.
  • Execute product selection and quoting in our Sales Process, setting prices according to guidelines and price lists.
  • Provide commercial and advanced technical support to customers, including selections, thermodynamic calculations, and customizing processes.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external training on our selection software, SSP G8.
  • Evaluate requests for material specifications and certification, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Lead quality audits and support customers during factory visits, organizing meetings and collecting data.
  • Coordinate stock setups, prepare new items, and calculate profitability and stock turns.
  • Conduct self-driven customer/market mapping and research, analyzing customer structure and product portfolios.
  • Participate in internal and customer-specific projects, acting as a project leader when required.
  • Participate in the phase-in/out of products, collecting data and implementing setup for new products.
  • Compile financial analysis for strategic planning and business opportunities evaluation.
  • Develop customer-specific pricelists based on negotiations and support their maintenance.
  • Responsible for field failure reporting and claim process follow-up.
  • Provide training in your field of expertise and represent SWEP at customer events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably.
