Job Summary

At the YMCA of Greater Seattle, we are committed to creating a culture of equity and inclusion. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Y Social Impact Center in Auburn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
  • Prepare financial reports and reviews statements
  • Manage front office administration, including scheduling, client relations, and records management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and staff
  • Manage complex Medicaid reporting and medical billing
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch administration team
  • Hire, train, and supervise assigned staff and volunteers
Requirements
  • Two years or more of college in a related field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Five or more years of related experience, including financial procedures, customer service, office management, and/or accounting/bookkeeping
  • One year or more of experience in supervising staff
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in a medical or behavioral health office, knowledge of Commercial, Medicare/Medicaid, and Medicare/Medicaid HMO's
