Dynamic Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding customer prospects through the sales cycle, establishing relationships, educating customers about our services, and closing orders.

LoadUp Technologies is a fast-growing company offering consumers a modern alternative to pickup and assembly services using a tech-enabled order management and logistics platform. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service while building a strong network of service providers for junk removal, item haul-away, reverse logistics returns, white-glove item assembly, and more.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Representing LoadUp Technologies, understanding our offerings and pricing catalog
• Providing exceptional customer service to every prospect and customer
• Adhering to processes defined by LoadUp including but not limited to using scripts, maintaining accurate records of leads and sales in CRM
• Mastering LoadUp's internal software to manage order information and monitor driver activity
• Facilitating the customer through the sales process and collaborating with Support Operations to ensure all orders are scheduled and assigned
• Fielding incoming calls, chats, and texts from prospects and customers
• Following up with leads through calls, emails, and texts
Requirements:
To succeed as an Inside Sales Representative, you must have:
• Ability to receive a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (80-100 per day)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via chat, email, phone, and texting to customers and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple communication platforms at once with accuracy and efficiency
• Beginner to intermediate level of experience using CRM software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to open or close a weekday
• Ability to track sales leads, monitor progress, and update CRM systems with accurate records
• Ability to negotiate terms and pricing, address objections with rebuttals, and close deals
