Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Workers' Compensation Paralegal to support our Richmond, VA team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing complex cases, conducting thorough legal research, and drafting accurate legal documents.

Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Assist in managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense cases, ensuring every detail is accounted for and deadlines are met.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research, gather and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support defense strategies.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with impeccable accuracy.
  • Discovery and Trial Preparation: Assist in the discovery process, including the preparation and review of interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition summaries.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation or related legal fields.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Worldox & Tabs3 a PLUS
