Job Summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing resident and applicant Tax Credit certification paperwork, processing monthly compliance reports, and updating property information into Yardi software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process resident and applicant Tax Credit certification paperwork
  • Process monthly compliance reports
  • Update property information into Yardi software
  • Spot check property files and leasing activities for compliance to Fair Housing laws and regulations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of compliance experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail
  • Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
