Position Overview

Under the guidance of a Bank or Market Manager, you will play a key role in promoting Associated Bank's products to both current clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, nurture, and enhance customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable deposit and lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions and service requests.
  • Support the operational integrity of the branch while achieving both individual and team objectives.
  • Utilize all customer interaction channels, including digital platforms, to enhance customer engagement.
  • Flexibly work across multiple branch locations as needed to meet customer and branch demands.

Compliance and Training

This role requires adherence to regulatory standards, including a credit check as per applicable regulations. You will also undergo comprehensive training designed to equip you for success in your position.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in customer-facing sales or service roles is essential.
