Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business credit applications under $250K, identify and refer larger lending opportunities, and promote treasury and related small business offerings.
  • Develop referral business through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) initiative.
  • Assist in strategies to expand the small business client base and implement effective sales plans targeting Book of Business customers.
  • Provide client services through outbound and inbound calls to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones by cross-selling relevant products and services while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Guide Tellers and other branch personnel on products and special programs, recognizing client needs and making suitable referrals.
  • Identify clients' transaction requirements, educate them on all service and digital channels, and utilize available technology and marketing tools to uncover opportunities and present product offers and financial solutions.
  • Understand and adhere to Citibank's policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Evaluate risks in business decisions, ensuring consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred background in banking, retail, or sales.
  • Familiarity with Smart Banking tools and technologies.
  • NMLS registration; compliant with the Safe Act.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
$54,000 - $75,500.00
