Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

At CreditServe, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across internal, external, and client-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to build awareness, increase understanding, and promote interest in our clients' products or services.
  • Manage communication channels to effectively deliver strategic messaging based on customer, market, and budget requirements.
  • Create engaging content to ensure a creative and successful understanding of desired messages.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaign outcomes and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Report on outcomes to ensure that vision and strategy achievements are communicated within the organization and adjust planning as necessary to ensure strategic vision is achieved.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating a wide range of marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, SMS, direct mail, and email campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while having meticulous attention to detail.
