Marketing Communications Associate Role

We are a leading marketing organization headquartered in the heart of the community, seeking a dedicated individual to join our nonprofit marketing team.

The Marketing Communications Associate role is an entry-level position that collaborates closely with our direct fundraising team to meticulously plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives within the local community and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and facilitate marketing campaigns and strategies to drive community engagement and fundraising efforts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at events, working closely with promotional marketing staff to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Foster brand loyalty through active participation in marketing demonstrations during events, showcasing our organization's mission and values.
  • Participate in leadership training with the potential to manage events and projects for new clients, developing skills in project management and team leadership.
  • Adhere to company provided compliance and standard protocols to ensure a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the team lead or management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service acumen, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, both as a team player and independently, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous, but not required.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel as needed to support fundraising initiatives and events.
