Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SCADA Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide exceptional technical leadership and expertise in the realm of SCADA systems. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic insight, and effective communication skills to ensure the optimal performance and advancement of our SCADA infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Implementation: Lead the architecture and deployment of SCADA systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Act as the primary resource for SCADA-related technical inquiries, providing expert guidance on software, hardware, and networking components.
  • System Optimization and Maintenance: Monitor and enhance SCADA system performance, conducting regular audits to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee SCADA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement training programs for staff on SCADA systems, along with comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that SCADA systems meet industry standards and security protocols, implementing measures to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience: 10-15 years of experience with SCADA systems, including design, implementation, and support. Experience in industrial control systems is highly desirable.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in SCADA systems or related technologies are advantageous.
