Job Description:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

Operations:

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by store manager or shift leader.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.

Training & Development:

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by manager or assigned by corporate.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
