Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Comparion Insurance Agency. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to connect members of their local communities with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
  • Connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
  • Take ownership of results and continuously improve operations
  • Cultivate new relationships easily and possess influencing skills

Requirements:

  • Previous employment in a sales role with a proven ability to turn prospects into customers
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
