Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Jason's Deli. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and handling customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Take orders and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
