ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. They are specialists in operations, processes, and efficiency.

This team oversees food and beverage services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all areas of the store.

Role Overview:
The position of a Coffee Shop Team Member offers you the opportunity to gain:

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in cultivating a guest-first culture.
- Ability to deliver a consistent coffee shop experience by crafting high-quality beverages and food.
- Experience in managing food quality and freshness.
- Understanding of state and federal food safety and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding guest experience by connecting with customers and delivering quality handcrafted beverages and food throughout all operational hours, prioritizing guest needs.
- Uphold and execute Food and Beverage Standards, along with all brand and food safety guidelines.
- Manage food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests at all times.
- Engage with guests to exceed their expectations based on established standards.
- Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products and ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
