At MOKA, we are passionate about serving excellent coffee and fostering genuine connections with our guests. We are in search of a candidate with prior leadership experience in the food and beverage sector or coffee industry, who will bring enthusiasm and personality to the team and our customers daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, while supporting the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months in a leadership role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in interactions with team members and customers.
  • Stay organized and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching in a supportive manner.
  • Maintain open communication with all staff members.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Be receptive to feedback and coaching for skill enhancement.
  • Adhere to company protocols regarding cash handling and equipment maintenance.
