  • Operate and maintain our dishwashing equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and performing at optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including the cleaning of service areas and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with our kitchen team and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 70 pounds, on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work in a hot and humid environment for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction from management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
