At MOKA, we are passionate about exceptional coffee and forming genuine connections with every visitor. Our core operations focus on providing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages alongside swift and friendly service. We seek a candidate with leadership experience in the food and beverage sector or coffee industry, who will bring their personality and enthusiasm to the team and customers daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations during shifts, trained to manage store opening and closing procedures while supporting the management team.

Our ideal candidate will successfully:

  • Manage daily tasks and cleanliness protocols within the store.
  • Exemplify and reinforce MOKA's mission and core values.
  • Contribute to business growth by creatively boosting sales and maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Support the Labor and COGS budget for the location.

  • Achieve and uphold the highest standards for service and beverage quality.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with team members and customers.
  • Stay organized and effectively delegate tasks as needed.
  • Able to provide coaching and feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Maintain open communication with all staff members.
  • Ability to create and sustain a positive work environment.
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and coaching to enhance skills.
  • Adhere to company protocols regarding cash handling, equipment upkeep, and company assets.
