Job Opportunity

TMD Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Northwest Houston, TX. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving market growth and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outside sales and service functions to target new clientele.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate bill rates with clients and build strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • Light computer experience required.
