Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the Energy sector.
Responsibilities:- Research and target prospects using various sales tools
- Strategically source new prospects using LinkedIn and provided prospect lists
- Call and email targeted prospects to obtain key information and set up meetings
- Track prospects and identify decision-makers, timelines, and hot-buttons
- Enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM, Hubspot
- Coordinate calendars and send out calendar invites
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of Energy market conditions and competitive activities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in high-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation
- Experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas, or Engineering sector preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Desk-based job requiring phone/speaking and email/computer skills, with occasional travel and 1 day per week in-office work
