Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and target prospects using various sales tools
  • Strategically source new prospects using LinkedIn and provided prospect lists
  • Call and email targeted prospects to obtain key information and set up meetings
  • Track prospects and identify decision-makers, timelines, and hot-buttons
  • Enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM, Hubspot
  • Coordinate calendars and send out calendar invites
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns
  • Maintain knowledge of Energy market conditions and competitive activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in high-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation
  • Experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas, or Engineering sector preferred
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Work Conditions:

Desk-based job requiring phone/speaking and email/computer skills, with occasional travel and 1 day per week in-office work
