We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Department Manager to join our team at Element Science Inc. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and support metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Clinical, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (Cardiovascular training a plus).
- Minimum of 3+ years of medical device customer care experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and support metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and use good judgment.
