Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Customer Services to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including customer complaints and feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Develop and manage customer service metrics and reports to measure performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a transportation or public sector organization
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
