Job Title: IT Service Desk Team Lead - Technical Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Team Lead - Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and providing excellent technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of initiatives to improve service desk SLA compliance
  • Design plans to enhance the delivery of service desk initiatives
  • Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for software, hardware, and network support related to incidents and requests that Level I & II User Support analysts cannot resolve due to complexity and/or knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with network and server administrators to resolve complex problems
  • Prioritize, document, resolve, and follow up on end-user support requests
  • Maintain work planning and organization, conducting work processes and modifying plans to address unexpected situations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or areas related to Information Systems
  • At least six months to one year of experience in computers, software, hardware, Microsoft, and telephony
  • Certifications/Licenses: A+, Network+ ITIL is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to use all related hardware and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
