Job Description
This is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in front desk operations. Your primary responsibilities include supervising and training front desk agents, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and payroll
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
  • Five years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
