Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and incidents promptly and courteously.
  • Implement upselling techniques to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by managing all aspects of front office operations.
  • Develop financial and operational strategies for the guest services department that align with the hotel's objectives.
  • Monitor service quality and performance of front office staff, while also focusing on recruitment, training, and fostering teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality or customer service sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
  • Demonstrated exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction with a proven track record in customer service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry is essential for this position.
