We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marcus Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs, and maintain quality standards to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Support training of front desk staff on hotel policies, practices, and procedures.
- Assist in check-in/check-out of guests and handle guest requests and complaints.
- Perform manual and computer posting of transactions, handle money, credit cards, and checks.
- Deal with guest concerns, provide directions, and answer guest questions.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by Front Office Manager.
**Requirements:**
- Previous front desk experience required.
- Good communication, math skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Supervisory and organizational skills.
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Meet deadlines for assignments and projects.
