Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Auto Inc. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of sales team members to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to ensure that the right products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Assist in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the sales team and drive business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales team members are aware of and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and ability to stand for long periods of time.
