Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day operations in West Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, logistics, and transportation, with exceptional leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the trucking division in West Texas, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operations.
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for the fleet to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Requirements:

5 years minimum in oilfield operations
3 years minimum trucking experience - logistics, dispatch, etc.
Leadership experience
Strong people/communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications: Sales experience, Bilingual strongly preferred, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
