Key Responsibilities

In this branch role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, which include:

  • Processing teller transactions and assisting members with account openings.
  • Guiding members through loan applications from initiation to funding.
  • Cross-selling financial products and services while addressing member inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach to identify and meet members' financial needs, which is crucial to our success.
Qualifications

Requirements for a Member Service Representative IV:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking or credit unions, including roles in teller services, account management, and loan processing.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in cross-selling and referring financial services and products.
  • Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, with hours ranging from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Completion of thorough background checks, credit checks, and drug screenings is required. EOE.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on qualifications, internal equity, and the specific level of the position:

  • Member Service Rep. I: $20.00
  • Member Service Rep. II: $20.50
  • Member Service Rep. III: $21.00
  • Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00
