About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Subject Matter Expert to join our team at ManTech. As a PPBE SME, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' mission success by providing expertise in the PPBE process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions to ensure that technical solutions resolve the intent of the identified requirement.
  • Support user training and provide assistance with help desk functions.
  • Help developers translate technical functionality to users.
  • Provide support to other systems as requested and approved by the Program Manager.
  • Be present at the duty location during normal operating hours or, if approved, optional methods such as telework or working from the contractor's home office can be implemented.
  • Be present during after-hour/surge workload periods.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience specific to the DoD Program, Planning and Budget (PPB) process.
  • A minimum of 2 years' Air Force PPB experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the PPB process.
  • Ability to understand the AF PPB process and translate the processes into specific requirements used to develop systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • 10+ years or more experience specific to the Air Force PPB process.
Clearance Requirements
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $143,600-$239,300. Compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant work experience, skills and competencies, geographic location, education and certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
