NVE, Inc. Seeks Experienced Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert to join our team as a part-time consultant. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting us in various aspects of facility operations and maintenance for the U.S. Department of State.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of staffing needs across different State Department buildings for facility operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Subcontractor Identification: Identify existing subcontractors supporting the prime contractor and assess their capabilities.
  • Challenge Resolution: Address challenges encountered in executing current tasks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze potential competitors likely to bid on the project and provide insights on their strengths and weaknesses.
  • State Department Priorities: Understand State Department priorities and concerns, and provide recommendations on how to address them.
  • Proposal Development: Suggest key individuals whose names should be included in the proposal and provide recommendations on how to effectively present our capabilities.

Reporting Structure: The Subject Matter Expert will directly report to the NVE capture manager overseeing new business development.
