Infrastructure Team Lead - End User Computing

Job Overview:
We are in search of a committed Infrastructure Technology Specialist for the position of Senior Associate, requiring 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Deskside support, EUC technologies, Networking, server management, SCCM, and Active Directory, alongside a robust background in managing open invoices and generating reports using ServiceNow, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
This role will also involve acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing critical incidents (P1/P2) with proactive communication.
The candidate will significantly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and driving the success of our organization.Experience Required: 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Breakfix, digital desk, SharePoint (centralized services) for Research users in the office.
- Prepare, image, and build PCs and laptops; configure and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Experience with mobile platforms, MDM, and support for iPhone and iPad issues.
- Manage hardware support, shell swaps, printers, servers, and racking and stacking tasks.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for clients and leadership.
- Handle critical incidents (P1/P2) and communicate updates to stakeholders proactively.
- Serve as the escalation point for site-related issues outside of the Lab environment.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, networking, infrastructure, server, storage, and backup technologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing Life Sciences environments and familiarity with GXP and GMP standards.
- Strong technical expertise in End User Computing and Deskside support.
- Act as the primary contact for the site, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders and high-profile users.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain open invoices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in implementing SharePoint governance and security best practices.
- Capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing system improvements.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects successfully.
- Able to provide effective training and support to end-users.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
