  • Devise a robust strategy for attracting and retaining top-tier, collaborative engineering talent.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or related quantitative disciplines, or a Bachelor of Science with relevant practical experience in an industrial or research context.
  • Prior experience in software development roles.
  • Experience in startup settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing systems, microservices, or data pipelines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Background in the medical device or healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer vision tasks such as detection, segmentation, and classification is advantageous.
  • Experience with diverse data types (e.g., EMR, genomics, biometrics, images) is a plus.
  • Experience in deploying machine learning models into production is preferred.
